The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, met in Munich with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Alexander de Croo. The two discussed how the war affects our country and what we are doing to speed up reforms.
"I emphasized that European integration is our country's project and that the government in Chisinau is taking concrete actions to achieve this at a sustained pace. We appreciate Belgium's support for the internal transformation processes of the Republic of Moldova and we are grateful for the encouragement we have from Brussels in our efforts to move forward along the European path," Maia Sandu emphasized.
On the bilateral level, the head of state said that we want more joint development projects and Belgian investors in our market.
