During the World Economic Forum in Davos, the head of state had a meeting with the French Minister for Europe, Laurence Boone, with whom she discussed the current situation in our country and bilateral cooperation, particularly in the context of our European integration aspirations.
President Maia Sandu thanked the French authorities for their support to Moldova in overcoming crises and for their support on the path to European integration. The European Political Community meeting hosted by our country this year on 1 June, which will be attended by French President Emmanuel Macron - the initiator of this platform - will be a good opportunity to deepen relations with European partners.
At the same time, the head of state praised the effective Moldovan-French cooperation in the field of anti-corruption and recovery of stolen goods from our country.
