The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu met yesterday with the Ambassador of the Republic of Finland to the Republic of Moldova Marjut Akola. The discussion focused on the current security situation in Moldova and in the region, as well as the humanitarian crisis caused by the war in Ukraine.
Ambassador Akola expressed her solidarity and appreciation for the efforts made by our authorities and citizens to manage the large flow of refugees from Ukraine. The Head of State thanked for the humanitarian assistance offered to our country.
