Moldovan President Maia Sandu met today with the Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova, Ambassador Jānis Mažeiks, with whom she discussed the European integration agenda.
President Maia Sandu appreciated the consistent support of the EU in our efforts to transform the country, noting that we count further on the support of European partners in developing the economy, reforming the justice system and strengthening state institutions. The head of state also appreciated the financial assistance provided by the EU to help our country to get through the current crises more easily.
